Mr. James Turner, of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, Securities and Exchange Commission Counsel. Mr. Turner graduated cum laude from Elmira College with a B.A. in political science and international relations in 1997 and cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2002, where he was a member of the American University International Law Review. In addition, Mr. Turner has extensive experience with reverse mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, secured and unsecured private equity financing transactions (PIPEs), 1934 Exchange Act filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate formations and restructurings, employment and shareholder agreements, as well as with the formation of private equity hedge funds.

Prior to becoming president of Generation Management Company, Mr. Brussell was vice president, corporate development, of Storage Technologies; vice president, corporate development, Plantronics; and vice-president, corporate finance, Salomon Brothers. Mr. Brussell at various times was responsible for development and implementation of corporate strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, investments, divestitures, strategic alliances, and OEM product sourcing. He also assembled and led cross-functional transaction teams, including line of business management, engineering, sales & marketing, customer service, human resources, finance, and legal personnel, as well as outside legal counsel, accountants, and investment bankers.
He holds a BA in math and economics from Wesleyan University, and a MBA in business management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Ms. Angeli has a BA in psychology from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and years of experience working with Siemens AG in Germany in computer applications, The United States Agency for International Development in Prague, Czech Republic, and Arinc in Annapolis, MD. With a deep knowledge of our telecom products, resources, partners, and Intellectual Property, she will consult and advise our team on issues of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and contract administration.

Mr. Arriaga brings more than fifteen years of experience in management and administration of all phases of sales, manufacturing operations and distribution. He is adept at analysis and reformulation of systems and processes to increase profits and improve efficiencies, and gained his experience at Pepsico, and Pepsi of Puerto Rico as Director of manufacturing, and as general manager of Americ-Disc in Miami, one of the largest independently owned CD producers in the world.
Mr. Arriaga holds a BS in mechanical engineering, and a MBA in international business.
Thomas H. Perszyk, Bluetooth radio design consultant: tperszyk@ssinno.com
Mr. Perszyk, a graduate electrical engineer with a degree from the University of Wisconsin, brings more than twenty-five years of experience at Motorola and Jabra GN in design, implementation, management and planning to the Company. At Jabra, Tom served as vice president of engineering, and was responsible for the development of their successful Bluetooth audio headsets.
Mr. Perszyk is a graduate electrical engineer with an EE from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Steven Chaussy, a CPA licensed in Virginia and California, provides accounting services including the assemblage of financial data required for the Company's SEC filings.
Mr. Chaussy provides multiple levels of service including key financial reporting and preparation of 10-Q, 10-K and S-1 filings. He also coordinates and interfaces with annual outside auditors and corporate council. He is experienced in a variety of industries, including biotech, entertainment and international.
Steve is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
