ENERGY TELECOM ANNOUNCES RESALE REGISTRATION STATEMENT BECOMING EFFECTIVE; COMMENCES PUBLIC REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL, October 5, 2010 -
Energy Telecom, Inc. (“Energy Telecom” or “Company”) (OTC markets: ENRG; www.energytele.com) wishes to announce that its Form S-1 Resale Registration Statement, a copy of which is available at www.sec.gov, has been declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The Registration Statement simply removes restrictions which apply under US federal securities laws to the sale of certain shares previously issued by the Company.
The Registration Statement, while effective, allows certain shareholders to freely trade the shares issued (other than affiliates of Energy Telecom to whom certain re-sale restrictions will still apply). The Company is not issuing any new share capital and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling shareholders.
Mr. Tom Rickards, CEO of Energy Telecom stated: "We are excited to have completed the SEC review of our registration statement, which is an important milestone for our company as we are now a publicly reporting company. We are hopeful to be quoted on the OTCBB in the near future as we formally enter the U.S. public markets. Many people were instrumental in helping us achieve this goal, especially our law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, and our independent auditors, CCR LLP. As we have begun our transition into full operations, with sales and distribution agreements, we have very ambitious plans for the business and look forward to providing regular business updates for our shareholders in the weeks and months ahead."
This press release shall not constitute an offer to issue or sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy securities, nor shall there be any sale of these securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification under the securities laws of any such jurisdiction.

ENERGY TELECOM RELEASES A SECOND MODEL TELECOM SAFETY EYEWEAR FOR PURCHASE
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL, June 30, 2010 -
The Energy Telecom, Inc. (OTC markets: ENRGD; www.energytele.com) today announced that it will immediately introduce its second patent-protected telecommunication safety eyewear model, the ST-1000, after the successful launch of its ST-3000 model eyewear last week.
The ST-1000 model, at a suggested retail price of only $179.00, is designed for active people engaging in sports and general work, who want to listen to good stereo while making and receiving phone calls. The ST-1000 provides the same level of quality, style, durability, technology and sight protection as the ST-3000, but is designed for environments not requiring NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) rated hearing protection and the various certifications carried by the Company's ST-3000 sight and hearing protection telecom eyewear model.
Like the ST-3000, the ST-1000 model uses the patented 9-base UVEX Genesis lens, with its ANSI/CSA impact rating (as installed in the Company's eyewear), and, provides solid stereo music delivery through earpieces already used by millions today. The ST-1000 model, like the ST-3000, accepts the Company's own soft snap-in prescription lens holder.
Mr. Tom Rickards, CEO of Energy Telecom stated: "We are grateful for the solid reception of our ST-3000 model eyewear, and believe with the introduction of the ST-1000, we broaden the markets our telecom eyewear will serve."

ENERGY TELECOM ANNOUNCES AUTHORIZED AND OUTSTANDING COMMON SHARES REVERSE SPLIT ON A 1:5 BASIS
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL, June 30, 2010 -
Energy Telecom, Inc. (OTC markets: ENRGD; www.energytele.com) today announced it is taking the next step in its plan of growing the Company, after beginning sales of its patent protected telecom eyewear on June 28th.
To support this growth, Energy Telecom filed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Florida Secretary of State, which implements a share consolidation of Energy Telecom’s authorized and issued common stock on a five (old) for one (new) basis. The share consolidation is effective as of June 30, 2010 and trading of the Company's common stock will continue, on a reverse stock split-adjusted basis, when trading begins on June 30, 2010. To reflect the reverse stock split, FINRA will append the fifth character "D" to Energy Telecom’s ticker symbol for 20 business days. During that time, Energy Telecom’s common stock will continue to be listed on the Pink Sheets and trade under "ENRGD." The CUSIP number for Energy Telecom’s post-split common stock will be 29273Q 309.
Mr. Tom Rickards, CEO of Energy Telecom, stated: “Introduction of our globally patent-protected eyewear is only one part of our plan to provide increased value to our shareholders. To continue the plan, we have begun the process of becoming a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and eventually believe that our shares will be listed on a more prominent exchange. Making our company more accountable and accessible while our shares become more liquid by their listing on a more visible exchange, and producing revenues from the sale of our eyewear and licensing agreements with other manufacturers wishing to expand their product lines, will almost certainly grow Energy Telecom into the company our shareholders expect."
"After carefully reviewing our capital structure in light of sales of our product, we believe the higher share price will appeal to a broader universe of new investors," stated Mr. Rickards. “We also believe a lower share count will better reflect the progress of our anticipated earnings on a per share basis going forward.”
The Company believes that stockholders do not have to take any action in connection with the share consolidation. If they hold shares of Energy Telecom’s common stock in "street name" through a broker, bank or other financial institution, their shares will be automatically adjusted in accordance with the share consolidation ratio. If they hold shares of Energy Telecom’s common stock in certificate or registered form, Energy Telecom’s transfer agent will, likewise, adjust their holdings in accordance with the share consolidation ratio.

To Energy's Shareholders:
As a publicly traded company, Energy Telecom, Inc. is obligated to make public a Management Letter issued today by our auditors, CCR LLP, in Glastonbury, CT.
Their letter details the process of performing our 2009 audit, their opinion of our cooperation, and positive and negative issues found.
Their letter may now be found on our website at: http://www.energytele.com/resources/Letter.pdf
Thank you for your attention.
Tom Rickards, president.

To Energy's Shareholders:
Because some of our shareholders are recommending potential investors consider investing in Energy, I want to make sure we all use correct and current information in our recommendations.
To help, please let me address, in question and answer form, recent questions about our company:
The Product
Q: Is the development of the eyewear complete?
A: Yes, completely. Of course, new models and generations of the current eyewear are in the pipeline.
Q: When will our eyewear go on sale?
A: Sometime mid-year, hopefully in June.
Q: Why can't Energy sell the eyewear today?
A: The eyewear must pass many rounds of certification tests, including CE, UL, CA, ANSI, FCC, SAR, NRR, and other military tests. Those tests are time-consuming, involved, and expensive.
Q: I don't see Dolby listed as noise attenuation supplier anymore. Why not?
A: Dolby wanted a $50,000 a year, and more than $2.00 per eyewear as their licensing fee. Consequently, after more than two years of work by Samsin's own sound engineers, we plugged in Samsin's own noise attenuation program and microphone layout, and found it works better than Dolby's. That's right: better. Interestingly, Dolby is still asking to participate in our eyewear project at some point.
The Company
Q: When will Energy be listed on the OTCBB?
A: As soon as we complete the S-1 Registration Statement, it is filed, and accepted by the SEC. The Statement is now about 80% complete, and we hope to have it filed shortly. But, we must ask everyone to realize there is no 100% guarantee it will be accepted by the SEC.
Q: Will my shares automatically change from Restricted, to Free-Trading, if Energy's Registration Statement is accepted and we move to the OTCBB?
A: Yes. I have instructed our SEC Counsel and potential underwriter that 100% of issued shares in Energy will be included in the Registration process, and will become Free-Trading. This is not done at some companies. But, I believe our current loyal shareholders must be so rewarded for their support.
Q: When will our 2009 audit be completed?
A: It was completed last week, (in 9 1/2 months less time than our 2008 audit), was issued by CCR LLP last Friday, and is now on our website.
Q: What do you think our stock will be selling at, say, a year from now?
A: I have no idea. No one, at any company large or small, can accurately and honestly predict their shares' value in the future. However, other companies of our value and share structure, with our hold on a globally marketed and sold product, and our level of operating costs and margins, have expected and found their stock in the $3.00 range, and higher. But again, no one at Energy -including me- can legitimately and honestly project what our company's value will be a year from now.
Q: OK. But can you tell me what is known about Energy today?
A: There are many things that are known:
1. Energy holds global utility patents (the most powerful and valuable patents -not design patents) for a telecommunication eyewear product unlike any other on earth.
2. The eyewear product will go on sale in 2010.
3. The Company will produce revenues in 2010.
4. Energy is using 100% of its resources to move its stock listening to the OTCBB.
5. The Company has no debt, is liquid, and has four years of audited financials.
I wish to thank all of you for your support, your enthusiasm, and for your investment in our Company.
Tom Rickards, president.

ENERGY TELECOM ISSUES PURCHASE ORDER FOR 1,000 TELECOM EYEWEAR
ST. AUGUSTINE, FL, July 1, 2010 -
Energy Telecom, Inc. (OTC markets: ENRGD; www.energytele.com) today announced that as a result of stronger than expected demand, it has released a purchase order for the production of 1,000 of its telecom safety eyewear.
The Company issued its purchase order to Samsin USA, which along with Samsin Innotec, produces Energy's ST-3000 and ST-1000 Safe-Talk telecommunication safety eyewear.
Mr. Tom Rickards, CEO of Energy Telecom stated: "We accelerated our buying of inventory from Samsin, as their first and second batch of our initial supply of production eyewear was quickly accepted by the markets, resulting in the sale of our most of our existing inventory within the first two days of accepting orders. We believe Samsin USA and Samsin Innotec are properly positioned to produce this revolutionary, unique product. We have benefited from working with their design team in South Korea, and believe their experience in real-time prototyping, quality manufacturing, and their ability to deliver large quantities of product on time, will prove them an able partner.
